- Primary heat exchanger utilizes a high-grade 409 stainless steel drum to withstand extreme temperatures and corrosive conditions
- Second pass is constructed of aluminized steel tubes with stainless steel turbulators, which can easily be removed as shown for easy cleaning
- Large heat transfer surface results in maximum efficiency levels and reduced operating costs - Upflow, downflow, horizontal left or right applications
- Select models meet ENERGY STAR® requirements
- Four Firing Rates: .55, .65, .75 and .85 gph
- Models are shipped at .65 gph firing rate with all alternative nozzles supplied with furnace
- Front access to heat exchanger. Easy to clean
- Includes a 16" x 20" filter

Options
Installation
Low Profile - 42.75”
Easily accommodates larger, high efficiency “A” coils in all
job sites. Jacket is 22 gauge with 1/2” fiber reinforced foil
faced fiberglass insulation. Closet rated for 1” clearances.
Electronic Fan Timer Control
Located on full rail slide out blower deck for easy access
for wiring, adjustment and service. Wiring is color coded,
equipped with connections for easy air conditioning,
humidifier and air cleaner installation. A terminal strip is
also supplied for thermostat connections.
Easy to Clean
Remove flue collar for complete access to clean second
pass tubes. Remove burner for complete access to clean
first pass drum. Any oil drips are “evaporated” on the
chamberless stainless steel drum.
Blower Assembly
Slides out on full rails for easy access and service.
PSC 4 speed or ECM variable speed.
Sight Glass and Sample Port
Large sight glass for observing flame and separate
sample port for measuring draft overfire.
